2025/2026 Tariff

The prices quoted below are per night for the self contained holiday let with its two en-suite rooms.

2025 Sep 26th to Dec 11th : £155.00
2025 Dec 12th to 2026 Jan 4th : £175.00
2026 Jan 5th to 2026 Mar 19th : £150.00
2026 Mar 20th to 2026 Sep 24th : £170.00
2026 Sep 25th to 2026 Dec 17th : £150.00
2026 Dec 18th to 2027 Jan 3rd : £175.00

Please note that we are no longer taking one day bookings on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The minimum requirement is now two days.

Please advise on your bedding requirements at the time of booking.

Bookings of 3 or more consecutive days qualify for an overall 10% discount.

Full payment by direct transfer or Paypal is normally taken at the time of booking. However, if you prefer to pay a deposit and the balance 30 days before the booked date this is acceptable.

Bookings are considered to be provisional until payment has been received.

Once payment has been received bookings will be confirmed by email.
